I went vegan in my 20s, tried yoga in my 30s, and now in my 40s, I shifted to lifting weights and feeling strong not just to look good, but to energetic and confident.
My goal is to help women like us have more energy, more confidence, and a lean, strong body that supports the life we want to live. No gimmicks, no crazy workouts just real strength, real results.
