More than a team, Bengaluru Torpedoes is a movement born from Karnataka’s deep love for volleyball. Based in a city that has produced champions, we stand for speed, grit, and a fearless approach to the game.
We compete in the Prime Volleyball League, one of India’s fastest-growing sports leagues, and have quickly become one of its most-watched franchises. In PVL 2024, Karnataka recorded the highest TV ratings and viewing time, with three of the season’s top matches featuring the Torpedoes.
Beyond the court, our grassroots programs, school initiatives, and academy at the Centre for Sports Excellence are building a clear pathway for the next generation of athletes.
Guided by Olympic champion David Lee, our style is bold, fast and fearless — just like Karnataka.
