Some of the early footage of indigenous tribes are most valuable today. It comprises several thousand hours film which includes also documentation of some of the most important geographical expeditions, like those which define the river sources of the Yangtze, the Mekong and the Yellow River. There are also rare footage of many of China's mot endangered and little-known wildlife.
