Studied Architecture & Building Surveying and after thirteen years in local government followed by LONDON based Private Architects practices, created CHARLES DEAN (CDD) in 1987, initially to implement Architectural contracts but Project Management gave opportunity to implement building (design & build). Operating In South LONDON, North Kent mainly around the Bromley & Sevenoaks area, CDD soon built a highly respected reputation within the industry
Lives. in Westerham, Kent with a love for quality fast cars & F1 Motor Racing. Visits Monaco regularly, now our second home
