Not A Typical Flipp/er

I hate being called a flipper because most people in the industry are literally just trying to hide real problems of a home from a regular buyer and their inspector. Everything low quality, no permits, good old fashioned lipstick on a pig. None of which describes me or what I do.

What you see on the flipper shows is 95% FAKE! This is also why so many people getting into the industry lose thousands on their first flip...ever hear of carrying costs like taxes+insurance+interest on loan+porta potty+etc, commissions, lawyer fees, transfer taxes, survey expense, title insurance, and so on and so on??? No, when they say they “made” $35k on those shows in 6 weeks, it’s more like they make $6k in 35 weeks!!!

I breathe fresh new life into homes, the families that live in them and the communities they are in. I wondered why nobody shared the real process behind these results! SO I FIGURED WHY NOT? Let me share my "Behind The Scenes" story of what I call, Not A Typical Flipp/er...
