In January 2020 I was on my way to Afghanistan to do my final tour. We had a layover in Kuwait. Little did I know I would eventually spend 29 days trapped there in limbo before the Kuwaiti Government would issue me a visa to leave the country. While I was there, I had plenty of time to think about things. I love vintage cars. Mostly Fords. But I have always wanted a prewar Ford. One evening I was sitting on a bench staring up at the stars. I thought it would be cool to get a Model A Ford and then drive it as an everyday driver. Sounds crazy right? And, I wanted to make videos about it. Fast forward to November 2022 I was standing in line to go see Elton John Live! While we were waiting I told my step-up dad about the idea of getting a Model A and doing videos with it. He loved the idea and was completely on board. The hunt was on for a Model A. Eventually we found Susie in August 2023. She was perfect! Now finally I took the leap forward and started my YouTube channel.
