Welcome to Yogi Mom Life! This channel is dedicated to parents: prenatal, postnatal and busy parents. My intention is to provide free quality yoga to support you through your journey as a parent. I am a mother of two young children and I know how challenging it can be to stay balanced. Yoga has been such a positive force in my life and I would love to share what I’ve learned with you!
It's not always easy to make it to yoga class. There are many reasons why parents may find it difficult to do yoga: lack of time, financial constraints, no child care or not having a studio close by. I created this channel to help you practice yoga on a flexible schedule from the comfort of your home. Take some time for yourself, move your body and and replenish your energy. You can do this from your space when the KIDDOS ARE SLEEPING. May you find time to rest and restore here.
