We're a small but passionate backyard homestead in South Texas, turning a ½-acre lot in the city into a productive space for pasture-raised eggs, poultry, and homegrown food. While space is tight, we're making every square foot count using regenerative, sustainable practices that improve soil health and animal well-being.

But we’re not stopping there—this is just the beginning. We're also building our 52-acre regenerative farm from the ground up, combining rotational grazing, holistic land management, and a deep love for the land to grow high-quality, nutrient-dense food.
