Hello and welcome to The Dirty Maintenance Show! I created this show to provide value and to share ideas with new and veteran maintenance technicians. I want to include office staff members as well! A successful property requires maintenance and office staff to work as a unified team. This channel is based around being a handyman in the property management industry.

My name is Lex and I am currently a maintenance technician. I started in the apartment maintenance industry in 2003. I began my maintenance journey as a porter picking up trash and painting. It’s been a wild ride and I’ve seen a lot of stuff over the years in this business. And even though I took a break and hit the road touring with a band full-time for four years, I kept my maintenance chops sharp by working around my own house and doing HVAC, plumbing, and DIY side jobs.
