Uncle Jimmy brings a wealth of experience from high-tech corporate management, nonprofit leadership and years of teaching and mentoring. He achieved early retirement at 42 as a Senior Manager at Hewlett-Packard. He created powerful leadership development programs such as the Sacramento Asian Chamber's Catalyst Leadership Program and the NextGen EmpowerU Program. He successfully led the Sacramento Mandarins non-profit organization as their President and CEO. He continues to mentor hundreds of young adults to help them achieve success in their lifetimes.
