Titomic is redefining the limitations of metals additive manufacturing and 3D printing technologies. Complex parts can now be manufactured at industry-leading production speeds without shape and size constraints. Titomic has co-developed with the CSIRO a proprietary and patented process, for the application of cold-gas dynamic spraying of titanium or titanium alloy particles onto a scaffold to produce a load bearing structure. The Titomic Kinetic Fusion™ process can fuse dissimilar metals to create superior, industrial scale products faster while utilising less resources.
Titomic products comprise of machines, powders and software for prototyping and production. Services include design & engineering, prototyping, testing & validation, material science services and post processing. Industry applications range across Aerospace & Defence, Automotive, Building, Industrial Equipment, Marine, Medical, Consumer and Sporting goods.
