He broke world records 19 times, the most in singles since the introduction of the ISU Judging System in 2003, and was the first skater to land a 4Loop jump in international competition.

Yuzuru Hanyu is the first single skater in history to win all the titles in his adult and junior figure skating career ("Super Slam").
