Marloes Peeters
Prof Marloes Peeters is a Dutch chemical engineer living in the UK. In 2023, Marloes started as Professor in Engineering Biology at the University of Manchester. She leads a research group with an interest in sensing, particularly focusing on materials that are inspired by nature "biomimetics". Videos in the channel will cover topical issues such as antimicrobial resistance, feature experiments you can do at home, and introduce people working in her lab.
