Situated in a pleasant part of Hampstead, London, Lakefield has offered training in Cookery, Food & Drink Service and Housekeeping for 60 years. Our exceptional formula for preparing motivated and highly skilled individuals has allowed our trainees to immediately enter full time employment once qualified.
We are unique because trainees work and are assessed for NVQs in a real environment, not a simulated one. We service the HQ of a large Charity which entails Boardroom and catering for large numbers. In Lakefield everyone works in a functioning team. Developing all-round skills is our job!
