Angela Turner Johnson

Hello I'm a severely sight impaired keyboard player welcome to my channel. My name is Angela Turner Johnson, and I have played organ and keyboards since I was four years old. Ten years ago I had a double stroke which was a big shock because I was only 45 years old. It went with my right arm and leg then one month later I had a second one which has taken nearly all my sight. I can no longer see my music so it is all done from memory. I got back playing the keyboards two years after the strokes. It's thanks to Yamaha and a large screen on the Clavinova CVP 909 (also a Magnifying glass) I can now get back to doing what I love. Since Christmas 2023 I decided to learn the steel drum (again can't see the note's just the shadow) plenty of practice and I'll get to grips with it. Never give up is my saying.
