We are Craig and Laura, a husband/wife DIY team. After retiring from our biotech careers and completing a handful of full-home renovation projects out West, we have relocated to charming New England and purchased our first property in the area, a 130 yr old 4-unit multi-family and adjacent 1940s single-family craftsman home. We will be tackling the property one unit at a time, renting each one out as we go. This enormous property is full of issues (and YouTube content!).
