After losing 120 kg / 265 lbs and after coming back from knee injuries and basically not being able to move to being able to walk marathons, I now want to help the world do what I did. I hope to provide hope, motivation and clear information to help guide you to a brigther future for you and the people around you.
This is a long game so it's all about building healthy habits you can keep most of the time and Consistency Over Perfection. 😉
