Rowdy Ryder Academy- MTB Skills & Strength
Rowdy Ryder Academy is a private ranch in west Arvada, a western suburb of Denver. It holds a 4,000 sq ft turf field for mountain bike skills coaching, as well as trails and features to practice MTB skills on the property in a controlled environment. Owner, Tina Meinhardt, is a physical therapist as well as BICP Level 2 and PMBIA Level 1 certified MTB coach, BICP Instructor Trainer, and CrossFit Level 1 Trainer. Coach Tina has been mountain biking since 2000, and training clients in the strength and conditioning field since 2001. She is currently working on her nutrition coaching certification with Precision Nutrition, hoping to complete the program and begin offering nutrition coaching in spring 2025.
