I enjoy walking in the city and nature.
When I feel tired or irritated I go for a walk.
This helps me change my mood, to reflect myself, to improve my breath.
There are so many positive advantages of walking and I will share this experience with you.
Sometimes we don’t have time or room to go for a walk.
