Pierre Aderne - Rua Das Pretas
Pierre Aderne is a Brazilian music artist, born in Toulouse, raised in Rio De Janeiro and based in Lisbon since 2011, where he founded Rua Das Pretas, a music community project, an ensemble of Brazilian, Portuguese and Cabo Verdean musicians .
He named the group with the name of the street of his house where a music gathering used to happen for years and musicians such as Tito Paris, Vinicius Cantuaria, Melody Gardot, Caetano Veloso, Gilberto Gil, Ana Moura, Antonio Zambujo, used to attend.
In 2016 Rua Das Pretas moved to a little palace located in one of the top hills of Lisbon .
Since then, more than 350 artists showed up to play and it became also a music TV series @ RTP .
Pierre Aderne has seven solo albums and two Rua das Pretas albums released, has written songs with / for Seu Jorge, Antonio Zambujo, Madeleine Peyroux, Melody Gardot , and was awarded Best Brazilian Contemporary Album 2009 with Doces Cariocas by Prêmio Da Música Brasileira.
