The Operator Skills Hub provides innovative, future-focussed training solutions for plant operators in the UK construction and infrastructure sector.

Partnering with education and infrastructure providers, we aim to create a diverse and inclusive sector by attracting the best talent and equipping our existing workforce with the skills required to deliver efficiently on a modern day, digitally-enabled site.

Our purpose-built facility in Birmingham offers state-of-the-art training simulators as well as the latest semi-autonomous plant and equipment, specialist test areas and demonstration zones. The centre is accredited to Compliance Plus, CPCS, NOCN and IFATE and will be delivering the first Trailblazer Plant Operative Apprentices in 2021.
