I'm just a working mom who likes to read. I especially like to read historical fiction, classics, realistic science fiction, narrative nonfiction, and literary fiction. Sometimes I'll sprinkle in a romance book here or there.
Some of my favorite books of all time include "The Pillars of the Earth," "Birdsong," "Into Thin Air," "Into the Wild," "Kindred," and "The Lord of the Rings." Since "The Lord of the Rings" is probably the only fantasy book I've ever liked, please let me know if you have any book recommendations for readers who don't like fantasy. I think I must just be reading the wrong types of books.
