Hello and Welcome to my channel!
I am an adult, who loves LazyTown.
It helped me to become more active. It helped me to become more flexible. It helped me to never give up and to do what I love to do, no matter what other people think of me.
And I found some amazing and wonderful friends.

If you've seen my old videos (some of them are still online), you might see a difference. After struggling with being overweight forever, I finally managed to lose weight and I now feel very comfortable in my own body.
But don't worry, I didn't do it, because people called me fat and ugly. I did it, because I wanted to.

LazyTown is a show for kids, but everybody can learn something from it.
Always be kind. Always respect others. Don't hate people for being different. Try something new. Do what you love. Keep going. And never give up.
