I'm a retired engineer and recovering gear-head that needs rusty projects to keep busy. My passion is to bring back old broken down cars and trucks to their original condition or better. Most of the time I transition the vehicle into a Street Rod or something custom. It's simple, I love to rebuild old rusty stuff !!!
My channel is intended for the shade tree DIY guys and fun, not "How to do something the right way", and video documentation of the project that I'm working on. I'm a 100% DIY person when possible. Sometimes it works out, sometimes it doesn't. The main projects are classic car restorations and hot rod/muscle car builds. I started wrenching on my first car in 1972, a rusted out 1960 Chevy Impala with an engine filled with gunt. I trust myself more than some of the shops that I’ve dealt with. That’s an innate characteristic of an engineer.
