Casa Esperanza formerly Dolf's Kitchen is becoming my little diary on the internet. As the creator behind the Casa Esperanza Vlog In YT & as a food enthusiast, my passion for cooking started when I was on 5th grade. I usually watch my Lola Cely's cooking different viands in her small "Carenderia" (a typical on the go food stall that you can find in the Manila). By then, I know inside of me fell in love with holding knives and pans. I’m a Filipino-Canadian based in Vancouver. I finish my Certificate in Culinary Arts in BC. Along with the recipes, I’m also sharing my knowledge about cooking techniques.
