the American Chinese and Education Foundation (ACCEF) was established in 2004 by San Diego philanthropists to promote culture exchange and education in the United States and China. In the past, we held culture events, such as the annual Chinese New Year Charitable Performance, and sponsored the underprivileged children in China to access school education . Over the years, we have grown in our capacity and reach out to more communities in the United Sates.
