Lake Perris
Lake Perris was built in the early 1970's as the last reservoir in the California Water Project to provide drinking water to Southern California residents. Nestled between Moreno Valley and Perris, Lake Perris SRA provides a place to escape the heat in the summer and to escape the bustle of city life all year round. There are many recreational activities to enjoy at Lake Perris SRA such as: Hiking, biking, water skiing, boating, jet skiing, fishing, swimming, horse back riding, camping and picknicking. We also have the Regional Indian Museum that is open on weekends and Fridays. Take this opportunity to leave behind the stress of the city, leave the T.V.'s and video games behind and reconnect with your family.
