Vibration Plate Workouts

Vibration Plate Workouts for all levels of fitness! I am a registered nurse, Health Educator, & certified in Barre. In 2024 I bought my vibration plate and have been hooked ever since. I have created workouts that combine strength training, barre, cardio, and stress reduction all on the vibration plate.

Consult your Physician before starting the vibration plate workouts. You should not use if:
Pregnancy, heart disease, pacemakers, recent surgery, uncontrolled high blood pressure, osteoporosis, balance issues, joint instability, blood clotting disorders, seizure disorders, or recent eye surgery should not use a vibration plate without consulting a healthcare professional first, as the vibrations can potentially exacerbate their existing conditions and cause harm; evidence shows that whole body vibration can put stress on the body's systems, potentially causing issues like muscle strain, dizziness, and discomfort in individuals with these health concerns.
