This channel has videos on the subject of TWIM which is the practice of meditation based on the earliest Buddhist Suttas like the Majjhima Nikaya and Samyutta Nikaya. The object used most is Lovingkindness of Metta which was actually suggested more then Breath and is faster and more interesting to practice.
The practice does not just lead to stress reduction, but to the actual experience of Awakening.
Delson Armstrong started his journey in India in his teens and practiced every meditation he could find. In 2016 he found TWIM and the relax step, which led quickly into the deepest states of awakening.
He has written several books including A Mind Without Craving and 4 books on Dependent Origination.
