The name Voice & Views stands for ‘raising our voice to make a positive society for all people with the short name of the organization is V&V. The founding member of Voice & Views is Jannatul Ferdous, a burn accident survivor woman of Bangladesh. The lifelong struggle of Jannatul Ferdous as a woman with physically challenges because of burn accident damages is the encouragement of Voice & Views to raise human rights of women with disabilities including burn accident survivor women in Bangladesh. Voice & Views promotes the human rights of women with disabilities in Bangladesh.
