The Pony Express

The Pony Express Equine Assisted Skills for Youth, is an Equine Rescue that provides a Life Skill Leadership Program for youth ages 12 to 18 years of age. We utilize our rescued horses as teachers, healers and agents of change.

We are committed to providing our kids a safe place where there is no judgement and unconditional love, for them to experience life changing opportunities with horses.

Our program teaches trust and acceptance, connection and relationship, boundaries and respect, awareness and mindful leadership. The teachers are our horses.

All of our kids have an equine partner. They develop a relationship with their horse based on trust, respect, communication and teamwork and out of that truly transformational changes occur.
