thejukejoint
Juke joint (or jook joint) is the vernacular term for an informal establishment featuring blues music, dancing, and alcoholic drinks, primarily operated by African American people in the southeastern United States. I have created this channel in hopes of bringing the "juke joint" to you.
Since creating this channel. It has become more than a "Juke Joint". It also features soul, funk, old school, 80's and gospel. Good music is really hard to categorize.
So when you come into the "JukeJoint" you never know what you may hear.
The songs and the artist that are played in "the juke joint" belongs to their respected record label. It is my hope that I am able to help promote those artist and increase their sales.
Many of these songs can be found on itunes and amazon.
