Chris MacKenzie
This is a "reality" fitness/nutrition/workout channel showcasing the great, the good, the bad and the ugly parts of living the life. Learning, crushing workouts, meeting people, selling healthy living to the world vs Managing Body dysmorphia, insecurities, juggling responsibilities - but still succeeding! Some simple rules:
1. Real life ALWAYS has to come first! Family, work, civic responsibilities have to take priority!
2. Training isn't always a party at the gym. There's failures, losses, shitty workouts, injuries - it's working through these and coming out better that's the true victory!
3 EHA - EVERYTHING HEAVY ALWAYS that's how you train!
My credentials for this enlightened position.... First off, I'm VP at a leading supplement & nutrition company and personally do business with every retailer in the US. Secondly, I've won powerlifting and bodybuilding titles going back to 1995 - and I've done it natty! Finally, I Love Fitness, Diet, and the Industry built around it!
