Prof. S.K. Singh BHU
Dr. S.K. Singh is Senior Professor and Head Department of Genetics and Plant Breeding at Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi, India. He is teaching UG, PG / Ph.D. students for last 34 years in different Universities including one year in Rwanda, Africa during 1999-2000.
He had been the National Vice President of ISGPB.
He has done commendable Breeding on different crops and developed many crop varieties, out of which 5 have been released and notified by the Govt. of India. Many more high yielding rice varieties are in the process of release soon. He has travelled many countries including Philippines(twice), China, Rwanda Africa, Bangladesh, Nepal. He is Collaborating with the IRRI, Philippines for Rice Breeding.
He wish to share his expertise globally for the benefits of the Scientific/ Students and Farming communities with applied touch of teaching. So please share and subscribe to support this good cause for the Society.
