鄔幸兒，1984年生於香港，畢業於香港大學，已完成文學士（主修翻譯）學位、教育文憑及佛學碩士學位，曾致力於香港本土中學教育工作數年，曾長期居住於印度、尼泊爾等地學習藏文，及後致力於藏文翻譯工作六年，至現時仍繼續努力於藏文佛法文獻的翻譯工作。
Wu Hang Yee, born in Hong Kong in 1984 and a graduate of HKU, worked as a local secondary school teacher for several years. Living in places such as India and Nepal to learn the Tibetan language for years, she then dedicated herself to a career in translating Tibetan literature for six years. Up until now, she has continued to devote herself to the translation of Tibetan literature.
