My name is Genevieve James - van de L' Isle born in Suriname and raised on Sint Maarten where eating good, trying out different foods and cooking runs in the culture/family.
When I moved to the Netherlands in 2010, I quickly picked up cooking and was eager to share these recipes with my friends and family. The best way for me to do this was to post them on YouTube. Sharing my passion for cooking with the world.
I am a wife, mom, social worker, foodie and home cook that loves trying out new dishes and experimenting in the kitchen. You'll find a variety of dishes, snacks and dessert recipes from cultures all over the world.
