Library Television Network
The LTN programming philosophy is to serve its viewers with useful information and a variety of material not available on most television stations. This not only provides information to West Virginians about issues in the community, but it affords them an opportunity to actually see officials from various agencies and to better understand the inner workings of those agencies.
LTN produces programs ranging from the Division of Arts, Culture and History to the Treasurer’s Office, local organizations and volunteer programming. Approximately twenty-four programs are produced each month and these programs are also available through one hundred and seventy two West Virginia public libraries around the state. You can access the studio's web page at https://librarycommission.wv.gov/Who/LTN for more information.
