I have been an been a practicing yogi and lightworker for well over 20 years. I am a Kriya yogi, a 500-HR Certified Yoga Teacher, 200-HR Certified Meditation Teacher, Usui Reiki Master, and Crystal Healer. I teach gentle yoga styles, meditation, and holistic wellness practices for stress relief, anxiety, and depression.
I've gone through so many challenges in my life-the endless rollercoaster of depression and self-sabotage-that many times I wanted to end it and leave this planet. Instead, I decided I wanted to live, I wanted to change, so I changed my life and I CHOSE happiness.
I found peace, contentment and happiness through living holistically, and by practicing yoga and meditation. I have learned to focus and manifest whatever I want in life. With gratitude and thankfulness, I give back, to help others find balance, joy and freedom to create the life that they have always wanted.
