IFA Paris in Istanbul

International Fashion Academy, known as IFA Paris, was founded in 1982 in Paris. With the aim to join French fashion heritage with the modern globalized world, its signature program: Bachelor Fashion Design & Technology, was introduced.

In 2013, Istanbul’s campus was opened. The IFA Paris Istanbul campus is located in the historical building Apartment Mizzi in Beyoğlu. It embraces open-space learning where students from various programs interact, inspire, and help one another. Campus Mizzi’s location offers students the opportunity to explore what is known as the historical peninsula of the city.

The Istanbul campus embraces open-space learning, where students from various modules have the freedom to roam around, interact, inspire and help one another. IFA Paris believes that the fashion and art fields require creativity and deep-thinking. Therefore, collaborative work and practices will also benefit the students’ design processes.
