Ritsumeikan APU International Admissions (Japan)
Ritsumeikan Asia Pacific University (APU) is one of Japan's most culturally-diverse universities; is located in Beppu City, Oita Prefecture, on the southernmost major island of Kyushu. With students coming from nearly 90 countries/regions and an alumni network expanding to 138 countries/regions, the vibrant learning environment at APU encourages cross-cultural understanding, mutual respect, and cooperation. Students graduate from APU with an appreciation of diversity, desire to explore and push the boundaries of knowledge, critical understanding of pressing global issues, and the ability to make positive changes to the world at large. Academic programs at APU are offered in both English and Japanese, include a wide range of active learning opportunities, both in class and out in the field.
