I'm a painter; I create anxiety based abstract art 🎨✨️
Painting is sort of my diary. I let out my anger & frustration. My sadness & anxieties. I try to breathe, let go, & put it all out on the canvas. It's also a lot of fun to experiment with abstract art. The imagination just runs wild.
