Every Journey must have a beginning and our will be in Singapore. Our home base, our starting point. From here we will venture forth and have adventures around the world.
In Singapore we will be exploring the extremely wide and varied Local Food Culture. With a mixture of different cultures and a dash of time, lots of regional specific food have been created here and local variation of other foods too. So I will try to capture in video, as much of the food culture as I can before it is gone. Besides eating, we will also explore the natural heritage of Singapore by visiting all the Parks and Nature Reserves. We have to burn off the calories somehow.
From here, the world is our oyster and we will explore it together. But for now, we have still alot of work and videos to make here in Singapore.
