Chase MacLeod is a self-made American founder, broker, CEO and speaker born and raised in Plano, Texas. He is an award-winning industrial real estate broker, founder and team lead of MacLeod & Co., and currently resides in southern California with his family.
Chase founded MacLeod & Co. in 2021, a boutique commercial firm based in Southern California devoted to representing corporate and private sellers from California to Texas. The firm, at just under two years since launch, has overseen $600 million in deals as a growing company.
To date, Chase is a Costar Power Broker, having overseen $1 billion in total deals over the course of the last six years in his career, named Real Estate Forum’s 50 under 40 at just thirty-three years old.
