Thando Melane is a holistic, impactful, and impressionable leader. Has has a gift for public speaking, engaging and interacting well with his audience. He has the unique ability to be able to relate to both mature as well as young audiences, from various representative backgrounds, in a manner that only he can.

He holds a BA Degree in Theology from the University of Fort Hare in the Eastern Cape. His theology background as well as his experience with various corporate and academic structures, has enabled him to be able to take various Biblical values and principles, and present them in a manner that demonstrates how; when applied to our corporate and academic environments, will prove to make us more effective and impactful in our organisations.

He is the Senior Pastor of Destined for Greatness Ministry, along with his wife Mamikie.
