Bailey Schildbach

Hi! Hello!

My name is Bailey Schildbach. I share my life with brutal honesty, a little humor, and a lot of heart.

I was a ballerina for 9 years, until my body gave out. I was diagnosed with Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, a connective tissue disorder that ended my ballet career far too early. What followed was a complete identity collapse. I lost the thing I loved most: my art, my movement, my mirror. But I found something deeper: the will to rebuild.

I turned to running as a way to reclaim my body. I turned to writing as a way to process my pain. And I turned to psychology and philosophy as a way to understand the human condition. I live with Borderline Personality Disorder and Ehlers Danlos while I’m pursuing a PhD in Psychology, all while training to become an ultramarathon runner, and write my books/ memoir.

This channel is for the overthinkers and deep feelers. For the people who get back up. For anyone chasing the impossible. We are limitless.

Thanks for being here.

Love,
- B.S.
