Quiet Rhythm of Life captures quiet moments of nature recorded during field shoots and camera practice for our main documentary channel “H.I.T. FILMS.”
Most videos are filmed in Japan, with occasional peaceful scenes from overseas travels.

small fragments of nature, preserved just as they are.

Quiet Rhythm of Life では、日々の撮影の中で出会った「静かな自然」を記録しています。
映像の多くは、H.I.T. FILMS のロケや撮影練習の際に記録した、美しい断片たちであり、微生物、植物、全ての生命が輝いている瞬間。
本編では使わなかったけれど、あまりに愛おしく、そのまま埋もれさせるには惜しい風景ばかりでした。
5年後、10年後、そこに映る生命はもうないかもしれない。映像に残すということは、生命の証を遺すことでもあるのです。
小さな神社の静寂、日本の川の流れ、季節の移ろい、植物の芽吹きなど──
日本の自然を中心にしながら、旅の中で出会った海外の景色も、ときどき静かな記録として残していきます。
大きな物語ではなく、ただそこにある“静かな一瞬”をそっとお裾分けするチャンネルです。
