💕 Hey, y'all! Nico here! Welcome to my yoga space where I blend yoga, meditation, & music to create sacred spaces for rest, healing, & self- connection. I’m a 35 year-old yoga instructor (200 RYT) certified in Vinyasa Yoga & I’ve also had trauma specific yoga training. Here, I hold space for Blackness in yoga & welcome anyone who comes with care, presence, & a willingness to practice.
