Dominica Investment Citizenship Program

Dominica Investment Citizenship Program was established in 1993. The Economic Citizenship Program is enshrined in the constitution. Investors may obtain citizenship by making a real estate investment in an approved project. Dominica’s citizenship may be obtained without language, residence or visitation requirements. To maintain citizenship, investors are required to hold their qualifying investment for a period of three years, after which they may sell it. Citizenship of Dominica through a Real Estate Investment to qualify for citizenship in Dominica, the minimum investment is US$220,000 for each main applicant. Investors are also required to pay additional taxes and government fees.
