After the success of Ricky O'Brien's Boxing Gym, which launched in 2020, ex-pro boxer Ricky decided to give up-and-coming white-collar boxers a ring to fight their own warrior's journey. In October 2022, Ricky's Gym Promotions became a registered trademark in the boxing events and shows industry.
Based in Tilehurst, Reading, and run by ex-professional boxer, Ricky O'Brien, Ricky's Boxing Gym provides boxing and fitness for both young and old, amateur to professional. Ricky has over 20 years' experience in the boxing world. He's a BBBOC Professional Trainer and ABA Level 2 trainer.
Ricky's Gym Promotions promotes shows that allow boxers to challenge themselves with others throughout the UK in well-planned fights in front of an excited crowd. With Ricky's expertise in boxing, this ensures good fair and well match fights and his show team around him ensures the night itself runs well.
