Cumbrian e-bike trails
Predominantly off road (and minor road) e-bike trails in Cumbria and the Lake District for those riders who want to hit the trail but don't want to ride the more technical, high level, mountain bike routes that are readily available in this area.
The husband and myself are Cumbrians and just prior to Covid we purchased Cube hardtail e-bikes (now upgraded to Cube full suspension e-bikes). We struggled to find safe, off road, routes suitable for our senior age and riding ability. I therefore thought it might be useful to record our rides so others can benefit and hopefully enjoy.
These videos aim to highlight the routes terrain in order viewers can assess the suitability of the ride for themselves.
A basic route map is included at the end of each video and if you have the Komoot app they are available at ‘Cumbrian e-bike trails’.
